The Dead Fish

The Dead Fish in Crockett gets its name from a sweet family memory of a lively, generous Nonna, whose kitchen was always filled with the smell of fresh seafood. Asked what she was cooking, she'd just smile and say, "It's a dead fish," a running joke that inspired the restaurant's name, where good food and good company come together.

The Caprice

Caprice Seafood & Steakhouse has been part of Tiburon since 1956, when Kirby Atterbury turned a Bay-view home into an iconic restaurant. After a major renovation, it reopened in 2021 with a sleek mid-century design and panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Angel Island, and the San Francisco skyline. Known for romantic evenings, the Caprice pairs well-prepared seafood and steak with classic cocktails and a thoughtful wine list. It's a place where history meets timeless elegance, creating memorable meals and lasting moments.

The Franciscan

At Fisherman’s Wharf, the Franciscan Crab Restaurant has been a beloved San Francisco tradition since the late 1950s. With soaring ceilings and 20-foot windows, it offers stunning panoramic views of the Bay, Golden Gate Bridge, Bay Bridge, skyline, Alcatraz, and the Wharf itself. Enjoy seafood favorites like Dungeness crab, crab cakes, fresh oysters, steamed mussels, and seafood antipasto while soaking in one of the city’s most iconic waterfront settings.

The Stinking Rose

Follow your nose to The Stinking Rose in North Beach, San Francisco, where garlic takes center stage in contemporary Italian dishes that surprise and delight. There are bold, garlic-forward options for the adventurous, milder plates for first-timers, and even dishes without garlic for those steering clear.

Salito's Crab House

Salito's has been a long-time part of the Sausalito waterfront, previously known as Zack's, Margaritaville, and most recently, Paradise Bay. With its fresh, bright look and relaxed atmosphere, the restaurant offers beautiful waterfront views from spacious decks, making it a wonderful place to take in Sausalito's scenery.

Frankie's Bar

Located beneath the iconic Franciscan Crab Restaurant, Frankie’s offers a laid-back spot for pizza and seafood fans. Open 24 hours, it's great for a casual meal after exploring San Francisco or for a late-night bite, adding to the Wharf’s vibrant food scene with comforting favorites.

Villa Viviana

Villa Viviana is a private slice of Italy tucked into Sonoma Valley, just a mile from the historic Sonoma Plaza. Designed for gathering, exploring, or just savoring the good life, the estate blends authentic Italian craftsmanship with California wine country charm. Handmade windows and doors, including pieces from Greve in Chianti, and vibrant ceramics by Giovanni DeSimone make every corner feel personal, warm, and full of story. The main house features four distinctive bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, plus a detached guest house and pool house, giving families and groups plenty of private space. Every bedroom has a king or full-size bed, ensuite bathroom, Roku TV, and a private entrance that opens to the peaceful outdoor grounds. At the heart of the home, a spacious great room with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a big dining table perfect for shared meals and late night conversations. Outside, enjoy a swimming pool with an attached spa, wide patio, and a flower-filled courtyard that feels like a traditional Italian villa. Walkable vineyards are just down the road, with Sonoma Plaza only 3 minutes by car, 6 minutes by bike, or a short walk away. With Marlia Inc.'s hospitality experience and concierge services, we help guests make the most of their time in Sonoma Valley, whether it's your first visit or a return to a favorite place. Weddings and events aren't permitted, but quiet stays, small groups, and family getaways find a comfortable, stylish home base here, where Italian heritage meets Wine Country charm.
